CMT will be kicking off its Spring 2010 Ten Toe Walking Session in mid-April. A key component of the program is the Ten Toe Walking group program. CMT is currently looking for walk leaders to lead Ten Toe Walk groups for a 10 to 12 week session starting the week of April 12.

Also if you are even able to lead a group for less than the 10 to 12 weeks, please email us at info@cmt-stl.org. If you have been a past walk leader or participated in past sessions and feel like you are ready to lead a group, please email info@cmt-stl.org.

A traing will be held for all new walk leaders in mid-March, and the CMT Staff is available to assist all walk leaders at any time. Please let us know as soon as possible if you would like to lead a group in 2010! Celebrate 2010 with your own 10! Email info@cmt-stl.org.
