Sunnen seeking developer for $500 million TOD in Maplewood

Sunnen Products Co. is currently seeking a developer for a $500 million Transit Oriented Development (TOD) at the intersection of Manchester and Hanley roads northwest of the Sunnen Business Park. The site is 77 acres.

Architectural firm HOK has designed a preliminary master site plan that includes office space, retail space, a hotel and residential units. Sunnen plans to partner with a developer that specializes in TOD. The development would have MetroLink Stations at both ends of the site, the Sunnen Station at Laclede Station Road and Sunnen and the Manchester MetroLink Station.
