Alternative 3 follows:

• Rock Island Right-of-way and Page Avenue to the WestPort Plaza area.

Planners designated the following stations for this alternative:

• Dielman at the Rock Island Right-of-way
• Lindbergh at the Rock Island Right-of-way
• Westport

The cost would be $249.5 million. The Gateway study showed that to extend to Spirit Airport would cost another $365 million and result in only 1,000 additional riders.
