the Cross County corridor
is scheduled to open in 2006 for service. Even though the line is
a few years off, many developers are taking advantage of the of
future benefits of MetroLink. The new development within a half
mile radius (10-minute walk) from the Cross County line includes
more than $767,000,000 in public and private investment with 897+
new residential units and 200 hotel rooms. By the time all projects
are completed, it will include more than 3,299,000 square feet of
new development space.
