How do I apply?
Sign up at www.WeCar.com/STL and follow the two easy steps to get you started. You will need a valid credit card and your driver’s license. Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express accepted.

If I decide to join, how fast can I get going?
Membership appllcations can generally be turned around in a few days. You will receive a new member kit within 3 to 6 business days of membership approval.

When can I make a reservation?
Go to www.WeCar.com/STL and click on “Reserve Now” 24 hours a day, 7 days a week or call 314.889.8572 anytime between the hours of 8 a.m. and 6 p.m., Central Time to make a reservation, or for any questions or concerns.

What is the reservation cancellation policy?
You must cancel at least 8 hours before your scheduled time. If you cancel outside this timeframe, you will be billed at your rate plan for all hours reserved less any hours used by another member.

Can I take the vehicle anywhere?
Your Car Share vehicle can be taken anywhere in Missouri and the bordering states.

Who can drive the vehicle?
The program member is the only person authorized to drive the vehicle.

How long can I have the vehicle?
You can reserve up to a 24 hour period.
